Oh I’m amazed, the first plant is Myrtle – and you have that in the heat of Oman?
Thanks for telling what this flower is, Gilly! This is not normal in Oman. There is a place high on a mountain at the back of a wadi, where the water source is good, called Wekan. There are beautiful gardens at this place. It takes some effort to get to; you must drive 30 km over a dirt track and then up a steep winding road up the mountain. This is definitely NOT the norm in Oman! Hidden treasures!
